Synopsis: Once function anchored to standalone QAT yields invalid VFFD(7) error

Description
This example is similar to bug #16947 (test anchor050). In that case, a
function whose return type was a QAT that was a standalone type incorrectly
elicited a VFFD(7) error.

That bug has been fixed. However, a similar case where a QAT that is
a standalone type is used as actual generic in another QAT still causes
incorrect report of a VFFD(7) error. The type in question appears to be
standalone, so it should be accepted.

Added eweasel test anchor058 for this (presumed) bug.

If I'm confused (just back from a long vacation), please correct the
test and close the bug.
To Reproduce
Run eweasel test anchor058.
